Fremont 5K Briefcase Relay get Canned.
New this year, teams in the costumed
briefcase relay portion of the event
will be required to carry cans of food
rather than a phone book in their
briefcases. All food will be donated to
Solid Ground at the conclusion of the

a good kilt down! Last run in 2004, the
quirky Great
Kilted Run 5K is coming back.
This year's race in which participants
are strongly encouraged to wear a kilt
and attend the beer garden will take
place at Magnuson Park on Sunday, May

all! With hungry bellies, we are happy
to announce that Wink Cupcakes has

8th, 2009 Road Runner Sports Love 'em or

the expected 2,300 race participants
