You can choose to be timed and listed in the official results of the Dog Days of Summer 5K (runners and walkers alike), or you can choose to participate as untimed. There will be a display clock at the finish line for those untimed that still want to see their overall finishing time.

All entries include a custom designed Dog Days of Summer T-shirt

All dogs that bring and register their human for the event receive a custom printed Dog Days of Summer dog tag and a Dog Days of Summer bandana. Note: One set of dog tag and bandana per paid entry

5K Run/Walk Entry Fees

Early Entry Fees:  $35 through April 30 Untimed/ $40 through April 30 Timed
Regular Entry Fees:  $40 through July 22 Untimed/ $45 through July 22 Timed

Day of Event Entry Fees:  $50 Untimed/ $55 Timed

Additional dog tag & bandana:  $6
Kids Dash : Free Registration (add $15 for a youth size kids shirt)
Puppy Parade: Free Registration (add $6 per set of dog tag and bandana)

Register for the event or pick up your event packet and shirt at Super Jock ‘n Jill’s Green Lake location
Friday, July 21st (10AM to 8:00PM)
Saturday, July 22nd (10:00am to 5:00PM)
All unclaimed packets will be available at the event on Sunday.

Some Rules. Because there have to be some rules to keep everyone safe and happy

  • All dogs must have up-to-date dog tags and license
  • All dogs must be current on vaccinations
  • No retractable leashes
  • Leashes no longer than 8 feet (it’s the law in Seattle!)
  • No dogs under 6 months in the 5K (unless transported in a wagon, carriage, etc.)
  • No aggressive dog
  • No female dogs in heat
  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times
